I highly highly HIGHLY (get the point?) suggest branding your ministry. If you’ve had me consult chances are we’ve talked about branding. I’m a firm believer in creating and identity for your ministry. It takes you beyond just a name to an actual identity. It’s a small thing that makes a huge impact. I’ve branded all of my ministries and continue to suggest and promote it. When it comes to creating an identity, a brand, there is really nobody better than Chip David.
Chip and I started working together over 10 years ago and I’ve never once been disappointed. He’s a creative genius in so many ways. He’s able to take the ideas I have in my head and create beauty with them. He’s branded ministries for me from Florida to Iowa to Idaho and yes, Chip is the brand guy for Melissajmacdonald.com. Told you he was good. He’s been able to work uniquely with geographical areas, age spans, and church specifics. In one of the churches were I was children’s pastor we had a blue moose as part of the identity Chip created. That little moose was the cutest little guy ever and he showed up on name tags, wall paintings, brochures, bulletins, t-shirts, and more. The kids knew if they saw the blue moose it had to do with them. That’s the beauty of branding.
Chip’s having a Spring SALE that I greatly encourage you to take a look at. You’ll be surprised at how affordable a logo can be and how often you will use it. Branding is not just for large ministries it works for churches of any size. Take a look at this and consider contacting Chip. I’d love to see what you guys come up with. Oh and beyond Chip’s creative genius he’s a guy who passionately loves Jesus and students and serves them everyday.
